The resort is located in a prime area with beautiful waterfront views and close proximity to shopping centres. The rooms are spacious with friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and excellent breakfast options. the resort offers a clean pool for guests to enjoy.
Some guests reported noise pollution due to thin walls and bug issues in the hotel.

The staff were friendly and offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The room size was impressive and we were pleased with the amenities provided. the hotel's location was conveniently situated near key attractions and transportation.
The outdated facilities disappointed us, particularly the noise from the old air conditioning unit which made it difficult to sleep. The bed was uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness was not up to par.

The hotel provided awesome service from the start; staff were courteous during check-in, offered welcome drink, and gave basic details. I enjoyed the large room and cleanliness on many areas. The hotel has good transportation and is located by some shopping centres, and aside from this, it is opposite a beautiful canal where boats can be easily caught. Furthermore, the breakfast was top-notch and the restaurant staff provided fabulous service.

We were pleasantly surprised by this place. Our room was spacious and clean, and the location was perfect for catching boats and exploring the area. The food at the restaurant was exceptional, with a variety of local cuisine to try. The breakfast spread was amazing, and we especially loved the Karimeen Pollichathu and Kottinadu Chicken Roast. we had a great experience here and would definitely recommend it to friends.
